Six months ago I was going through one of the worst times of my life. Having never used a therapist before, I did a bit of online research. Beth was so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease from the get go. She gave me the tools I needed to implement and when, at times I couldn’t see a future, she completely changed that. Beth, thank you for your patience and understanding. There were tears and there was laughter but never judgement. I can not thank you enough.

I got in touch with Beth after feeling so unbelievably low I never thought I could be happy again. But with only a few sessions, Beth helped me to change my negative thought patterns and I feel so much better. I suffered terribly with anxiety and low self esteem, but I now realise I was feeding those thoughts and I was letting them control me. I now feel I can take charge of my anxiety and stop it in its tracks, which has been truly life changing.

I have had lots of different interventions (counselling, CBT) before, and none have seemed to work. The sessions I had with Beth have been fairly life changing. I cannot say thank you enough. She is kind, understanding, compassionate and extremely good at what she does.
